Process and Guarantee
A 50% deposit is required to start your piece. We accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, America Express, and Discover. The balance will be due prior to delivery. Any item picked up or delivered in NY will have the required 8.85% sales tax added.

At HarlemBuilt, every piece or furniture is handcrafted to order. Most orders take 10-14 weeks depending on complexity, wood selection and backlogs.
For custom orders, we require a non-refundable $200 design deposit to initiate drawings for your approval. The deposit will be credited to your order. The lead time will be 12-16 weeks after the final design is approved by you. To order a custom piece, please call 917.701.3411 or email email@example.com.
At HarlemBuilt, we build our furniture to last a lifetime with proper care. Should our furniture fail at any time during the life of the original owner because of craftspersonship or a failure of the wood materials, joinery etc., we will either repair or replace it.
